Why is 75% the magic number?
Most Indian universities and colleges set a minimum attendance requirement — commonly 75% — for students to be eligible to sit their exams. Some departments set it higher or lower, which is why the required percentage here is editable rather than fixed.
How is my attendance percentage calculated?
It's classes attended divided by classes held, times 100. To project forward, AttendanceMaster works out how many additional classes you can miss (or must attend without a single absence) before that ratio crosses your target.
What if I don't know the exact total classes held?
